Our rates are posted on the availability calendar. Just follow the link "rates and availability" for each property. Mouse over the day in question and it will display the rate. Special rates such as "stay 3 nights and the 4th night is free" or other discounts are posted under each cabin and the availability calendar.

Deposits may be paid by cash, MC, VISA, PayPal, or check. By law we must deposit your security deposit into our trust account. If there is no damage or missing items, it usually will be refunded within 2 weeks but it can take up to 45 days after departure for a refund. If you paid by cash or check, refunds will be via check. If you paid via credit card, the security deposit will be refunded to your card. **You are responsible to pay for damages beyond normal wear and tear or missing items from the cabin.
Non-refundable $50 charge for pets to cover pest control or cleaning.
Reserving a cabin:
A signed lease and security deposit is requested to hold your reservation. If paying by check or cash, the entire balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. If paying by credit card, your card will be charged before check in, including up to 30 days prior to check in.
Moving to another cabin after check in will result in a cleaning charge of $50 for the cabin you vacate unless the reason for moving is something beyond your control.
We will do everything we can to make your stay an pleasant one.
We rent nightly, weekly, or monthly up to 3 months.
Master Card, Visa, PayPal, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders Accepted. Personal checks accepted at least 30 days prior to arrival. No personal checks accepted upon arrival.
No smoking inside any of the cabins. If smoking is detected, you will be charged for professional carpet/upholstery/drapes deodorizing.
Absolutely no use of ATV's or horses on any of the properties.
Absolutely NO house parties.
Drive only on designated roadways and parking areas. (No grass)
We are in a high elevation mountain area, thus children should be supervised at all times. It is prohibited to sit or climb on deck rails.
Do not leave children under 18 unattended at property for any reason.
Bad weather: If your vacation is during the winter months please come prepared to drive in snow and ice to reach your unit. It is recommended to drive 4-wheel drive vehicle and bring chains. Refunds will not be given due to road conditions nor do we offer a shuttle service to cabins.
Housekeeping is furnished as part of your rental charge.
Check-in time is after 3 p.m.
You may go directly to your rental.
Please bring a flashlight if arriving after dark.
There is a combination key-box at the cabin.
We will provide you with the combination after signed contract and payment is received.
Check-out is at 11 a.m. prompt. If you want a later check out, we may be able to accommodate your request provided that no new tenants are arriving that same day.
A late checkout fee of $20.00 per hour may be deducted from tenant's security deposit.
It is important to leave on time so housekeeping can prepare the rental for next tenants.
Reserving a cabin means that it is off the market for someone else who may have wanted it at the same time. We do not offer trip insurance and have no way to compensate the cabin owner for the potential loss of business other than from your rent.
If you cancel, you will forfeit your security deposit as a cancellation fee.
We understand emergencies happen. Call us and let us know what is going on so we can work with you.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our cabins, you can leave early and will only be charged for the time you stay. We only ask that you give us the opportunity to correct the issue prior to leaving.
All units are equipped for basic living including cooking and light housekeeping. All kitchens are equipped with a coffeemaker, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Many have ice makers and dishwashers.
All units have washer, dryer and linens provided. All beds in all units have pillows, bedspreads and blankets.
Every effort has been made to assure accurate descriptions of the property; however, we cannot be responsible for the changes made by the owner to the furnishings or equipment in the homes. All equipment in the unit should be in working order. Please report any equipment problems to the office immediately at 336-877-3366. Every effort will be made to rectify the problem, but we cannot offer a refund due to equipment failure unless it renders the cabin unsafe to occupy. Examples: TV's, VCR's, hot tubs, other appliances.
We also cannot refund your rent because the house floor plan or furnishings are not your preference.
Small dogs (less than 40 lbs), cats or caged pets are allowed at select rentals.
We MUST be notified of any pet at the time your reservation is made.
A non-refundable fee of $50.00 per pet will be charged.
The tenant is responsible to remove all pet droppings from rental property.
A fee of $20.00 per hour may be charged for removal.
Houses come furnished with all bed linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils and everything you need to cook at the cabin.
Our weather is usually mild in the summer (70's & 80's) and cold in the winter (below freezing at night and sometimes in the day) to in-between these temperatures in the spring and fall. It still can be freezing in March/April. DRESS APPROPRIATE for the season! My aunt never listens and ends up borrowing my jacket.

We furnish checkout housekeeping as part of your rental fee. We ask that you collect all trash and place it in the kitchen trash can or if there is a secure outside can, place it in that trash can.
Also, during your stay, please clean up spills, food or trash both inside and outside the cabin as it occurs. Keeping trash and food cleaned up keeps ants in check.
