What is your Pet Policy?
Small dogs (less than 40 lbs), cats or caged pets are allowed at select rentals.
We MUST be notified of any pet at the time your reservation is made.
Note below:
- A non-refundable fee of $50.00 per pet will be charged.
- The tenant is responsible to remove all pet droppings from rental property.
- A fee of $20.00 per hour may be charged for removal.
