When is Check Out?
Check-out is at 11 a.m. prompt. If you want a later check out, we may be able to accommodate your request provided that no new tenants are arriving that same day.
- A late checkout fee of $20.00 per hour may be deducted from tenant's security deposit.
- It is important to leave on time so housekeeping can prepare the rental for next tenants.
